What happens to your money when you cancel. Short version: cancel anytime, current period stays available, unused allowance isn't refunded.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Because plans are billed in advance, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds for the current or past billing periods once a period has begun, including for unused or ungenerated prep allowance.
  • Unused monthly allowance has no cash value and does not roll over.
  • If you were charged in error, or a clear technical fault prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we'll make it right.

EU / UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online subscription. Glidewell is digital content delivered immediately: when you subscribe, you expressly ask us to start the Service right away and acknowledge that, once we have begun, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the content already supplied. You can still cancel future renewals at any time as described above.

Your statutory rights

This policy never overrides rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the EU/UK Consumer Rights rules, or other consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded. Where such a right applies, we will honour it.

How to request a review

Email support@safetyfactoraviation.com with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within five business days.
