Billing questions
How does billing work?+
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions in US dollars, billed in advance each period through our secure payment provider (such as Stripe). You see the price, billing frequency, and terms before you confirm. Card statements show “GLIDEWELL PREP”.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — entirely online, from your account billing page, in a few clicks. No phone call or email required. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't refund the current or past periods, including unused prep allowance. If you were charged in error or a technical fault blocked your use, contact us and we'll make it right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
What's a “flight prep”?+
One complete set of four cards for a trip — a 48-hour countdown, a cabin-bag plan, an anxiety toolkit, and a jet-lag schedule — which you can export as a PDF. Allowances reset each billing period and don't roll over.
Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. Boarding gives you one draft prep a month with no card required, so you can see how Glidewell feels before upgrading.
