Terms of Service

Glidewell ("the Service") is operated by Safety Factor Aviation NZ Limited (NZ company number 6093127, NZBN 9429042540427), registered at Jason Gunn, 114 Flagstaff Terrace, Rd 2, Waipu, 0582, New Zealand ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Glidewell uses AI to generate trip-preparation content: checklists, cabin-bag plans, calming techniques, and jet-lag schedules. It is a wellness and preparation aid only. Your use is also governed by our AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account and subscribe.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance in US dollars (USD) through our third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). Pricing, billing frequency, and what each plan includes are shown on our Pricing page before you pay. Card statements show “GLIDEWELL PREP”.

Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, online, from your account — see the Subscription Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full detail.

You agree not to misuse the Service. The full list of prohibited uses is in our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't impersonate airlines or airports, don't claim Glidewell cures anything, and don't use it to put a minor at risk.

• You keep ownership of the trip details you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process them to generate and deliver your prep.
• Glidewell, its name, design, and software remain our property.
• AI output is provided to you to use for your personal travel. Do not resell or redistribute it as a standalone product.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. As set out in the AI Disclaimer, we are not liable for travel outcomes or reliance on AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other laws that cannot be excluded.

We may update the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
