Auto-renewal, billing & how to stop
Clear, up-front detail about recurring billing — exactly what you agree to before you pay.
Recurring billing — the key facts
- Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are charged in advance at the start of each period.
- Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew every 12 months at the yearly price.
- We tell you the price, the billing period, and how to cancel before you confirm payment.
- Card statements show “GLIDEWELL PREP”.
Your consent
When you subscribe, you affirmatively agree to the recurring charge and confirm you have read these terms. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider (such as Stripe), with strong customer authentication applied where required.
Because Glidewell delivers digital content immediately, when you subscribe you ask us to begin providing the Service straight away and acknowledge this affects the cooling-off (withdrawal) right described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How to cancel — online, any time
You can cancel entirely online from your account billing page in a few clicks — no phone call and no email are required. Cancelling stops all future charges. We send a confirmation once your cancellation is recorded.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep access until then. We do not start a new period after you cancel.
Price changes
If we change a plan's price, we will give you advance notice before it applies to your renewal, so you can decide whether to continue.
Plan limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of flight preps (or unlimited on First Class). Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Unused allowance has no cash value.
